A space to share and process our experiences with AI.

The Vision
My vision for this project is to create an easy-to-replicate format so that people can create their own circles. I believe in the power of group processing and wisdom to help people integrate their experience, take more conscious choices and advocate for experiences better. I would also love to document the themes that emerge through the shares as a way to capture, honour and make sense of the significant shifts we are experiencing as a species and society.

Your Host
Hi, I'm Linda. I work at the intersection of emotional intelligence and AI, both as a technical researcher and as a facilitator of emotional processes.
I believe in bridging the worlds of emotions and artificial intelligence, helping people make sense of these rapid changes through storytelling and collective wisdom. That's why I started these circles: to create a space where we can share our real experiences with AI - the excitement, the fears, all of it - and learn from each other.
I write about AI and other things here.

F.A.Q.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to participate?
No. This is about your personal experience with AI in society - whether you work in tech or just use everyday apps, your experience matters.
What if I'm pro-AI? Is this only for people worried about AI?
All perspectives are welcome. The goal is to hear diverse experiences, not to promote any particular view about AI.
Do I have to share?
No. You're welcome to just listen. Many people start as witnesses before feeling comfortable sharing.
What kind of things do people share about?
Anything from job concerns, to feelings about AI art, to excitement about new possibilities, to family discussions about AI - any personal experience related to AI.
How long are the sessions?
One hour.
What if I can't stay for the whole session?
That's fine. You can join late or leave early - just do so quietly to respect others' sharing time.
Is this recorded?
Sessions are not recorded. I do intend to find a way to document the themes that emerge in sessions but this will all be anonymized.
How many people typically attend?
Between 3 and 9 so far.
What's the sharing format exactly?
Each person gets a set time to share (uninterrupted) during each round. The moderator keeps time and ensures we stick to the format.
How do I join?
You can sign up here. We ask for your email to share the meeting link directly and keep the space more controlled, but you are welcome to sign up with an alias if anonymity matters to you.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes, it's really free. The project is supported by donations and run by volunteers who believe in its importance.
